The old problem is kicking up again. I guess when you wear out the machinery no "fix" is permanent in this world. It seems that the overactive nodes develop leakage paths around the scars from my previous ablations. Oh well, three years symptom free was a pretty good run.
Bottom line; I'm drugged up now and it seems to be controlling things. I figure that'll be enough to get me through this summer. We're going to Arizona/Nevada for two weeks in July on a 40th anniversary celebration trip, plus Church camp and a visit to my ailing mother in law in Florida. We'll be travelling most of the summer.
I'll probably need another abalation to touch up the old ones sometime this fall. If you think of it please pray for me that the drug "fix" carries me through the summer without any further issues (it would be inconvenient to die on our white water rafting trip in the canyon).
Not complaining, I signed up to do and suffer whatever the Lord gave me. Living with wounds and scars from past battles is just part of being a warrior for the kingdom. In all that He may be glorified; all told it's been a good life He's given me.

Dave, Will be praying -- you are an encouragement to us all. Raft on, brother.

Praying for you, Dave. Sorry to hear that the issues are cropping up again. May your trip be full of great fun and memories, and may the medication allow you to enjoy them all without a second thought! (That may be overly optimistic, but I'm all for shooting the moon when it comes to prayers.)
