I want to read Lynn's story. The title is interesting. It's a whole mystery story in just two words.
(I'd go crit the one on the Sandbox, but if you're going to work on it I'll wait until after June... boy, the sand should be hot underfoot in July!)
I wish I were good with titles like that. Most of the time coming up with a title is like pulling teeth for me.

Just checked into my cabin to see who I'd be sharing it with. Interesting group.
Now, to get started.

1821 words today. Pretty impressive given my crazy schedule.
Hot chocolate and popcorn around the campfire. I hear rumors that ghost stories might be told.

So we had a tornado touch down yesterday less than 2 miles from my house. Apparently the sirens at Langley AFB were going on, but my husband and I were at Costco at the time. We actually live at an apartment at our Horse Stable, so we had to go directly from Costco to our house to check on it - and I didn't have my laptop. I did, however have my iPad, and determine to add 1000 words to my Nano, I used the "Wordsmith" app to do that. Do you know how hard it is to type on an iPad? Let's put it this way - 2 hours and a handcramp later, the 1000 words were put in. And I nearly cried hope not to have to do that again!

buy a bluetook keyboard.
I have one, and I do all my novels on my iPad. You can actually type with it! (Oh, I use Pages. It's only $10 and it's almost as powerful as a desktop word processor.)

You are a tribute to the Authorial clan Pauline.
Such dedication and fortitude under hostile fire deserves commendation.
Oh, mark it down that the enemy of souls does not want you to succeed. Be encouraged, the only enemy soldiers you shoot at in combat are the ones who are a threat to your strongholds.

Pauline;
Saw your Camp "NaNoWriMo - June 2012" thread.
Excellent, I wish we'd thought of something like that back when we were doing N2WM.

Double-post! +2 points!
They're awesome. I use mine all the time. The only think I need now is some sort of case so I don't need somwhere to put the iPad when the keyboard is on my lap. (Most of the time I use a TV tray.)
The battery life is pretty good too. I can get most of a novel as well as about a months worth of e-mail and internet posts out of two double A's.

I hadn't thought about how the "bluetooth" keyboard wouldn't be attached to the iPad by a cord *Facepalm - heading to ebay now!

I hadn't thought about how the "bluetooth" keyboard wouldn't be attached to the iPad by a cord *Facepalm - heading to ebay now! lol, yeah, I can type on mine from about three rooms away.... not that I can see what I'm typing from there, but it works as a remote control for the music app and such that way. (See, it's worth the money that way... and it's a tax deduction, right? )

Aaron - shopping on Ebay - and don't know which to get - I already have a shock reduction case for my iPad, so I don't want one of the keyboards with a case - The roll up keyboards look interesting, but are they junk?
What's your opinion?

I have the official Apple Bluetooth keyboard.
On the one hand, I'd like to have a keyboard case for when I write in the car... but that's such a small percentage of time that the external keyboard is much more flexible.
I don't think that the flexible keyboard would be very good. It's more portable, but you need a flat surface to type on. Most of the time my keyboard is on my lap, and it works great.
Logitech makes one that looks a lot like the Apple one, only black, but I haven't used it.
Pro Tip: turn Bluetooth off on your iPad if your not using the keyboard. Bluetooth sucks down battery.
