Hi, all! I have returned to the Anomaly after a two-year hiatus. Hope all is well with everyone! Wanted to share - back in July, my manuscript won a writing contest with WestBow Press. The prize: publication. My novel ASYLUM is now available at WestBowPress.com, Amazon.com, and BarnesandNoble.com. Ebook format will soon be available as well. ASYLUM is part of a ten-novel sci-fi (space opera) series called The Circeae Tales. You can find out more by visiting my website - www.AshleyBazer.com. It's great to be back! See you around the stars! Ashley

Grats on your book! I looked at the summary, and it sounds intriguing. You don't have any reviews, though! Do you give out any digital ARCs to folks for reviews?

Thanks, all! WestBow is still formatting the ebook. Hopefully, it will be available soon. I would LOVE to get a few ARCs out for review. I'll stop by here first to offer those. Thanks for the suggestion!

Very cool. Does WestBow publish much Sc-Fi?

They have a few sci-fi books in their catalog. With their ties to Thomas Nelson, I'm hoping that this might help propel Christian sci-fi into bigger houses... I would love to be able to walk into Lifeway, Mardel, Family Christian - and actually find some sci-fi (not necessarily mine, but that would be nice!) on the shelves!

Duchess: Been reading Asylum this afternoon. It kind of reminds me of the second Firebird book by Kathy Tyers, except in hers, it was the husband who got captured and experimented on, not the wife. I'm not very far yet, that's just the comparison I'm seeing. Enjoying it so far! I do kind of miss the pages of world and ship description that goes with male-oriented sci fi, though. :-)

Kessie - thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying it. The Firebird trilogy is one of my favorites, although I really didn't think about Fusion Fire when I wrote Asylum. I appreciate your thoughts on the story!

Duchess: I'm more than halfway through and it's really heating up! I had to put it down to make dinner. Curse you, dinner!
