I'm so glad the fine folks here have extended you such a warm and helpful welcome, Old Guy...I should be driving the welcome wagon around here, but I've been under a pile of too many things to list lately and have been a bit of an absentee moderator. A very belated welcome to you! I wish you well in finding the right publisher for your work, though we all know its a very tight market for speculative fiction that's overtly Christian. I hope you find some excellent comrades here to join you on your journey.  |

Under Profile (the tiny font at the top of the page under "The Anomaly" and to the right), you can go to "Modify Profile," and you should get a page of fields for things like your website address and other ways to personalize. One of those fields is a web address URL field for a new avatar. The avatar, I believe, has to be posted somewhere online so the url can point to it. I keep my avatars on Photobucket. Just make sure you don't put it in a photo storing site where it will be password protected, or else it won't show up. Hope that helps!
