Baron: That's too true, as I've found out to my chagrin. I've been retconning words for the past few days as I tighten up my phonemic inventory; but I'm sure there'll be inconsistencies that slip by. Bainsepal: That's exactly what I'm doing! And thank you! Bethany: Interesting idea...have you delved into the whys and wherefores of the lack of a Babel incident? Kessie: Sorry to hear that.  I hope the Dwarvish in Rain didn't annoy you too much....but I do try to use invented lingo sparingly, and work the translations into dialogue. Fluke: I'd agree with that - now I think about it, the cases where I use Elvish or Dwarvish usually do concern a character who is different from most of the others around him. Not that I aim for that specifically, but it's a nice bonus.
