Evil, all its sin is still alive and Live was I ere I saw evil.

OK. Too obscure I guess. It's from The Poisonwood Bible. A great book ... though not necessarily complimentary toward missionary efforts in Africa.
The phrase is a palindrome. If you run "Evil, all its sin is still alive and Live was I ere I saw evil." backwards, it becomes:
Live was I ere I saw evil and evil, all its sin is still alive.
- - -
An easier one then.
"You shall not pass!"

Much too easy, Gandalf in the Mines of Moria.
Here's one I quote often, and no one connects it to anything:
"...That's Clark, nice."

My mind goes to Superman, especially with lex in your screen name. But I'll admit that's just a guess. It's not like I know the quote or who would have said it.

Should we establish a time-limit to how long a quote can go unidentified? Say, 48 hours? And if it's not guessed in that time then the original person needs to give the answer and come up with a different one?
As an aside, I have no idea where lexkx's quote is from.

First one, I believe would be Doc Brown in one of the Back to the Future movies. Second is from one of the Batmans, from the Joker/Joker's real name.
"I have a bad feeling about this." (Easy, I know.)

Han Solo in the first Star Wars film, perhaps 1st in the garbage crushing machine? But it became a regular rejoiner in the series, if I remember right...
If this is correct another one could be:
"So it begins"
There's a big clue on my WIP thread!

Yep.
I happen to possibly recall that from the Two Towers movie, I think, spoken by Theoden at the beginning of the battle of Helm's Deep.
Here's a harder one. I hope. "We read five times that you were killed, in five different places."

Ha! Casablanca!
Glorious classic movies.
One for the gamers, a bit of nostalgia with a shout out to a recent release:
'Would you kindly?'

Yep! My favorite movie too.
Any chance it's Lara Croft in Tomb Raider?

Nopers. I guess it would help if I got my dates right! Bah! It's a throwback to a game that will have a follow up releasing in March. My bad.

I am way out of the loop in video game news, so I wouldn't know.
