As a writer who tries to write God into her fantasy work, I realize I don't even come close to the real thing. The greatest story is already real: that a god would love such lowly beings enough to give up his power and glory, be born to poor peasants so that he might be accessible to all and then grow up and die a humiliating death to free us from the one thing that no matter how hard we try, we cannot free ourselves. And then the story ends with that same god/man rising from the dead, proving he has victory over all. Can anyone top that story? Nope! I love it that as a christian, I'm living out the best story out there

I liken us to ants. While this still doesn’t come close, it would be like if morwena made ants, who broke one of creation's laws (morally failed), and doomed themselves. So, morwena so loved her ants, that she became an ant, whom they would kill, in order to save all ants who would believe. Unfathomable love.
