Last night I was trying to roll over and something beneath my shoulder blade felt like it exploded. I still have full use of my arm and shoulder this time. Thanks to our Father for that. I'm back on pain meds again when I had just gotten over a failed medication change. Well, life is never boring.
I could ude prayers for healing and patience.

Father, I pray in Jesus name by the power of the Holy Spirit that you would heal Mark's shoulder and take the pain away. Help him with all his medical problems and let him know you care. Give him peace and surround him with friends. Amen.

That's just not right, Mark. I'm so surprised the X-rays didn't find anything.
I'm glad you've got pain meds, but man, what an ordeal for you and your family.

Hey, Glyn, we seem to have lost our main header image and also your avatar image. Are those stored in new locations now?
Sorry, Mark: how are you today?
Jeff
Correction: the top image is back; maybe it was something on my end? But your avatar is still missing.

Two steps forward, one step back, but the slow march continues.
As for my avatar, as far as I can tell everything is up and operating, but I can tweak something and see if that fixes it.
[edit] Aha! When I installed it at the new site, I was marching around the computer with my tamberine as usual, but I had marched counter-clockwise. I tried marching clockwise and got better results.

I finally have settled on that I tore one of the muscles that connects from the shoulder to the neck that always holds up you head. It hurts under my shoulder whenever I hold my head up for more than a few seconds, which was why it was so hard to figure out the cause. Unfortunately they tell me that this type of injury may take months to heal and is a real pain in the neck.
Thank you for all your prayers and any continuing rememberances.
Yoiur Friend,
Mark McDonald

They really told you it's a pain in the neck? That's like adding insult to injury, literally.
Do you know how you might've torn this muscle?

Do you know how you might've torn this muscle? Jeff It all started a few months ago when I was showing my son how to use a punching bag properly. . . Scincerely, Scintor@aol.com AKA Mark McDonald

My shoulder is feeling quite a bit better. I have adapted now that I know where the real injury is and it is starting to slowly heal. As long As I remember not to look up, it doesn't hurt.
Thanks guys!

Hmm... don't look up. For some reason, when I hear phrases like that it makes me wonder what's up there that I shouldn't see. Then, of course, I fall flat on my face because I tripped over something. Glad to know that your healing, Mark. You've been in my prayers constantly.
