I'm teaching a lesson this week on the fruit of the Spirit. Galatians 5:23 ends with the encouragement that "against such there is no law." What would a world look like where love, joy, peace, et al actually are illegal?
Las Vegas comes to mind as a place where the works of the flesh are the norm, and some are even permitted that are elsewhere crimes; however, it's still not against the law in Sin City to be patient or exhibit self-control.

It'd look like Ted Dekker's Book of Mortals series, where the only emotion left to human beings is fear. Or the Yargo, by Jaqueline Susan, where the alien race were all more or less Vulcans and had bred everything out of themselves except logic.
