Third story accepted for publication in FTST#4: Space Horrors. Flying Pen Press is the publisher. Don’t have an official release date yet but the name of the story is ‘Chosen One’ and it’s about a cat vampire. And no, I didn’t tell a ‘traditional’ vamp tale.

Not this one. It isn’t even up on the site yet, but I will keep everyone posted when my various publications come out.

Thanks for the compliment but the truth is, I’m terrified! Yes, I’ve been working toward this for many, many years, but now that I’m starting to succeed, it’s become almost surreal and scary.
Luckily, this month in our writer’s group we’ve been talking about marketing and I’ve gotten some great ideas on what do when the anthologies come out.
All,
‘Winter Awakening’ has been accepted for publication by WSP. I’m still waiting for the contract but the main reason I did was because I listened to the publisher on a panel at CoSine and discovered all the various forms WSP releases their books in. Since I know my readership and their ages, it was perfect for me.

Release date for FTST#4 : Space Horrors is tentatively late summer. Still awaiting contract so when I receive it, I’ll let everyone know.

David lee Summers, the editor, is doing a series of blogs to help promote the anthology. They will be on Live Journal. Also the publisher David Rozansky will be doing an all day release party on Twitter October 8th. There will also be something during MileHiCon as well.
