SO yeah, it's getting back to that time again. Everyone who's been here a bit knows what it means when CS disappears completely for a bit: things are gearing up. We have our orders to Iraq, and it is very soon. In the mean time, I have a two week school in Ft Huachuka starting Monday and I have a very long drive tomorrow. Therefore, my prayer request is this:
1) Safe travels for myself and the others going to this school 2) God's loving arms around my wife as she deals with 3+1 kids full time and another part time. The transition has not been easy, who even thought it would be(?), and we still aren't there yet.
That said, spirits are as high as can be. I also hit a full on Satanic attack last night when I was trying to finish up this issue of TC2. Nothing seemed to work. Two computers and three operating systems later, I finally got it done, but I was done, too. Exhausted, I mean. I've never encountered that before. The software that I use is somewhat painful to you, yes, but I've never had so many issues at once. Never. It reminds me of Daniel and the angel. The angel appeared and told Daniel that he would have been there sooner, but Satan waylayed him. I don't remember the verse, I'll post it later, but it reminded me of that after.
God Bless you all -- Glyn

Praying for you, Glyn. Glad you were able to get through the issue of TC2 despite the obstacles arrayed against you. May the Lord go before you and your soldiers as you follow the orders you've been given.

Glyn, I want you to know that you are a really awesome guy. You're a warrior for God and for America. You know literature and edit it. And, if that were not enough, you're savy with computers and operating systems, etc. Thats cool, cool, and cool.
Don't get discouraged. You're living your life to the fullest and having a huge impact in many different spheres. You're a real man, if ever there was one, and you've inspired me. God bless you, Glyn.

Galdernit, Paul! You're making my head swell up... but thanks. Thanks everyone for your prayers and support. That 14 hour drive was grueling, but God had his hand on me the whole way, and kept me entertained so that it didn't really seem all that bad. Not as bad as these long class days, anyway...

Thanks for asking Jeff!
She's doing fairly well. We think one of the may be psycho, but that's par for the course, and Jamie is well equipped to handle it(She was somewhat... wild at that age, too). There's been drama, but you get two teen age girls, a preteen boy, and a baby who doesn't sleep all in the same house and..well... you can see where I'm going. If everyone could also pray for baby Angel that she would sleep, and that Jamie would sleep too. She never sleeps when I am away.
Thankyou, everyone, for your prayers and support. They are much appreciated and felt

Prayers going out with you CS, especially for your wife. From another fellow insomniac when hubby is away, may I recommend Victory over the Darkness by Neil Anderson? Not only a good read, but it cured my not sleeping at night while husband was upriver and I was left alone with four small children in a foreign land.
