Why is this section called boring? It's anything but!
In the interest of hanging out with folks who speak my language and "get what I get," I've decided to emerge from lurkdom and say hello. I hope to be more involved here in time to come - despite editing ms #2, and trying to write #3 and #4, while living out of a suitcase (well, it's a duffel, but you get the idea) and globetrotting and trying to earn a living. Yeah I know, I'm crazy.
I write sci-fi, often with fantasy and/or supernatural elements. Just google me, I'm all over the web. Oh, what? You want links? Okay, I'll put some in at the bottom.
More random stuff: Lost Genre Guild forum administrator (wave at Frank and Cathi and anyone else who wanders in...), mess with web design and graphics and movies, play guitar and bodhran (not at the same time, lol), recent foxholes in Germany and Ireland, read voraciously, collect genre books (and send them home to New Zealand), have worked for the police and gotten stuck in Timbuktu and on a Scottish island, and was delayed yesterday by a herd of cows stampeding on the beach I'd thought was a shortcut home.
Well, anyway, it's great to be here. I promise I shall try not to lurk in the shadows quite so much.
Make the future!
