Mine's a hot fudge sundae with lots of nuts. Either that or a rich moist layered chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Oh, yeah.

Anything that mixes my two favorite food groups: chocolate and peanut butter.

Ha, ha, ha, great thread ;P I love anything with sugar! But especially anything with good frosting (in my opinion, cake is merely the delivery system for frosting)

Cookies or pie. Or chocolate-chunk brownies (no nuts). Not a fan of cake. But if you want to bribe me, corn candy rarely fails. It nearly got me kicked out of AF field training.

favorite candy?! :-P
Chocolate with peanut butter, or vanilla ice cream. Cake is okay, as are pies and such, but given a choice I gravitate toward the first couple I listed.

I feel a little awkward around all you chocoholics. I like pineapple upside down cake, lemon/saffron cookies, really spicy carrot cake. Just about anything with cinnamon. Crystallized ginger — aahhh!

We have to be careful now, mythman, with all this salmonella scare for peanut butter, but our favorite will endure.

This dessert my mom made for my birthday one time called Punch Bowl cake. It's deliciously layered in banana pudding, cherries, pineapples, soft cake, and whipped cream all the way to the very top of a very big punch bowl. The perfect cake to snatch spoonfulls of throughout the day. I usually eat it in two by myself. ;D
Mmmmmmmm. Tres leches is good, too.

Okay, its not really a dessert (although I'm sure some would call it that) but for all you PB and Chocolate lovers, I make a special sandwich for my kids that is PB on one slice of bread and Nutella on the other... basically its a reeses peanut butter cup sandwich You might want to try it, and you can probably get away with calling it lunch!

Ooo ooo! I once had an orange cake that ruined all other cakes for me; although, brownies are still my favorite

Pot Roast (with carrots)
and if that is not available a hot huckleberry cobbler (cold is good too) after that comes blackberry cobbler, then peach...after that why bother...just go drown one's sorrows in a vat of au jus.

Mmmmm...huckleberries...over a nice salmon fillet or chicken breast.
Tom and I are on a total pudding fix lately. Only problem is, I don't like lemon and that's what's in the fridge right now. I suppose I should get up and make me some banana. I'd rather have tapiopeka, but it takes half of forever.

Peanut Butter fudge (homemade of course), orange juice cake (yes, the name implies all), and Chess pie. One more, Peanut butter pie.
