This month marks an odd anniversary for me. As some of you may know, I have more than one kind of arthritis. God did not remove it, but He changed my circumstances in a way that allowed it to settle down. The way He did it left no room for doubt that it was His hand changing the circumstances. Three years ago this month, I was able to stop using a cane for walking. I was able to cut up the blue handicapped placard that annoyed me so much. I was able to eat breakfast without losing it. I was no longer battling cluster migraines 3 – 6 times per week, some of which were in my optic nerves; both frequency and intensity are markedly less now, only one or two per month.
Three years of freedom.
I would invite you to join me in praise that God never abandons us through the worst of whatever we must endure and that He is greater than anything we face.

It seems like such a cliche to say "Praise God," but...praise God!

This is amazing, metalikhan. Praise God.
I'm also impressed with your ability to praise Him with something still not yet reaching complete healing. I know many people who would withhold praise until their demands were met--er, until they'd received a 100% reversal in their condition. To be able to see His hand amidst continued hardship is a mark of mature faith.
Thank you for encouraging us!
Jeff
