Dearest Family, for what else can I call you,
I write this from Bangor, Maine, my last stop before home. Yes, I said it: Home. Thanks in large part to your prayers and support, my deployment if finally, almost, over.
Thank you all for your prayers and support. I have no idea how the Veterans of past wars did this without the internet and constant phone calls, but they have my respect for it.
I do not know what my internet situation will be like once I hit Ft Hood, so I still may not be "back", but at least I am home.
In Christ's glorious name I praise and shout -- Glyn

This is great news, Glyn. I was just wondering about you this morning. Welcome home, honored veteran.

Congratulations. I guess I can't say "welcome back" since I'm an MK in Malaysia, but that is great news. God Bless

Welcome home, CS. Our church has been praying for you every week since I came onto this board. They were very thankful you came home safely. Prayers answered.

Thankyou everyone for your kind greetings and prayers. You guys brought me a great deal of comfort and support while I was over there.
Speaking of which, please keep all of those that are still there in your prayers. Especially the Iraqis themselves. They have come a long way in the last few years, and are not appreciated for it.
Thanks again! -- CS
