Well, my site got all messed up last week, and so I had to spend the whole day Saturday (and when I say whole day, I mean whole day--until 4am) fixing my site. BUT the cool part is it's all brand spanking new! SHINY! Check it out and see what you think: www.shadowofthewood.com/I'm still working on it, but I think it shows off my artwork a little better. And the style gives a better hint of the stuff I write. Ideas are welcome!

Nice! I really like it, Pixy. Only thing I'd like to see there is your blog and main site merged. Being lazy by rank, I hate having to wait for another page to load when I'm checking out an author's/artist's page.
That said, I think this new site captures your character better than the old one, and the color scheme shows of the, erm..., other worldly quality of your art.
If it's alright with you, I'd like to link to your site from mine... once it's back up again.

Only thing I'd like to see there is your blog and main site merged. How do you do that, CS? I wanted to do that with my sites, but since my layouts used iframes, my Wordpress blogs for those sites didn't display well in them.

I just use Wordpress for my entire website. My site's back up if you want to see what I mean. www.glynshull.com . That way, your readers don't have to switch back and forth to see your blog and check out your site. Makes it easier on you, too. You'd have fewer things to keep up with.

Oh I see what you mean. I guess that wouldn't work for mine. I make my websites offline using HTML and then upload the files to my domain name hosting server. GoDaddy has a Wordpress app you can install straight from the Hosting area of your account, and that's how I got the blogs on my sites. But they don't look good in the iframe that I have my main content in (I have to have an iframe because links can't link to a DIV layer) and probably won't unless I drastically change my layout.
