Hi all! My name is Tony Lavoie, and I'm new here (at least, I only just now activated my account, which I must have signed up for some time ago.) I've had two short stories published this year - my first publishing successes! - and have several projects in the works, including a soon-to-be-published pirate yarn and a currently-being-wonderfully-illustrated Christmas story (or stories, if I can glue my rear into a chair long enough to finish them). All of the stories I've written (except one) include references to either my Savior or his Home (or his Father), and it's nice to know there are places like this that validate my writing them for so many years. I always thought "Christian" and "Science Fiction" were thought of as mutually exclusive though that didn't stop me writing them together. Anyway, I'm looking forward to interacting with all y'all here beyond the map. I am active on a couple of other Christian Spec-Fic forums as well, so some of you may have seen my name floating around. I'm glad to have been led here! -Tony Lavoie, southern NH PaperGizmo.com

Hi Tony! Good to see you here...since I'm new today, I'm going to go start my own "Hi" thread, but I'm looking forward to hearing your contributions to the discussions around here.

Welcome home! Just look out for all the glue and shredded paper from some of the earlier greetings. We'd give you the same treatment, but the hot plate was stolen by an angel with acne.

Welcome Tony. Yes, there are some poor folk out there who do honestly believe Christian and Science fiction are mutually exclusive. Ran into one of them one day and the poor soul nearly fainted.

Hey, Tony! Scabbard Pete is on my fall reading list, btw. :-) CS...I see you found a use for the maps we don't need anymore. *licking glue off shoulder fur* If he offers you a string to pull, Tony, let us all know first, 'kay?
