This is not Asia. The tiger has no place here. The impurity of the blackcats, bearcats and bluejays has been cleansed. Even the Indians have been dealt with. Certainly, this was a more delicate matter, but clearly highlights how appeasement cannot be conisdered. It was a problem that had festered too long and extreme measures were warranted. Now this pocket remains. Peace and a return to the proper nature of things now reigns throughout the region to the north and west...aside from the tigers. Unfortunately, they must be exterminated. The dog has begun to hunt. The scent is clear and the trail easy under their feet. "We are pack", they snarl and they cannot be contained - nor should they. Tonight they will run and lay hold of the neck of the tiger with jaws of steel. By midnight, the path to the north will be clear all the way to Farmington. But that is for another day. Tomorrow the pack will turn its collective fangs to the south.
*Thursday night game this week. Please join me in praying for the safety, not only of my son, but for all athletes, coaches, officials and fans involved in sport this weekend.*
